YOU CAN ALSO NOW ORDER OVER THE PHONE 7 days a week, OR VISIT US AT THE SHOP IN PERSON. all orders recieved after 1pm on tuesday, will be delivered the following week (on thursday). ONLY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD MAY BE USED FOR PURCHASES. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PICKED UP ON THURSDAY.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL! THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR A FISH THAT YOU DECIDE YOU DON’T WANT AFTER ORDERING, OR THAT YOU DON’T “LIKE” THE LOOK OF ONCE RECEIVING IT.

ANY FISH THAT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY FRIDAY AT NOON, WILL BE PLACED IN THE ADOPTION TANK FOR SALE, IF IT IS SOLD BEFORE YOU COME IN AND PICK IT UP, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED 25% OF THE COST VIA YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD.
